Supportive Services

Uterine Congenital Abnormalities

Every type of uterine malformation is offered suitable medical and surgical treatment that enables the uterus to return to its natural shape and perform its functions. These malformations include absence of the vagina, double uterus, unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus, and others.

ICSI

Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) is the method used in cases where natural fertilization is difficult due to issues with sperm. In ICSI, sperm cells are injected into the eggs in a laboratory setting, and typically, one sperm cell is injected into each egg.

Hormonal Therapy For Infertility

Hormonal therapy for infertility is used in cases of hormonal disorders that affect fertility in both men and women. It involves regulating the secretion of hormones that impact pregnancy, such as testosterone in men or prolactin in women, to treat these conditions and improve the chances of conception.

Latest Immune Tests For Couples

The latest immune tests for couples involve examining the blood of the wife to measure the presence of antibodies that can attack the fetus, perceiving it as a foreign entity, which increases the risk of miscarriage.

Treatment For Recurrent Miscarriage

The treatment for recurrent miscarriage involves addressing a range of underlying causes and health issues. These causes may include immune disorders, fetal abnormalities, uterine problems, and other factors. In our center, we diagnose each patient's condition and identify the possible causes of recurrent miscarriage. Then, we provide appropriate and tailored treatment based on the individual case.

Ovulation Induction Services

We provide ovulation induction and monitoring services for cases with irregular or absent ovulation. This involves monitoring and tracking the ovulation cycle and using various medical methods and techniques to stimulate the ovaries to produce more eggs, thereby increasing the chances of pregnancy.

Cryopreservation of Embryos and Sperm

In our center, we provide the service of freezing embryos and sperm using specialized, highly efficient liquid nitrogen tanks. Sperm samples or laboratory-fertilized embryos can be frozen and preserved for extended periods of time. These frozen samples can be used later by implanting them into the uterus of the wife when the general and health conditions of the couple are suitable for pregnancy.

Treatment of Male Disorders

We provide medical diagnosis and appropriate treatment for various male disorders, ensuring high-quality outcomes and benefits. Some of these disorders include premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, prostatitis, testicular varicocele, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Gender Selection

With the advancement of science, it is now possible for spouses to determine the gender of their next child in order to give birth to a male or female child according to their desire, and this is done by the most advanced scientific and medical methods, and by using the latest devices and tools. There are several methods that can be used to determine the sex of the newborn, but we are working at the Dima Center to adopt the method of separating the embryos and pre-examining the fetus, which is one of the most successful and accurate modern methods in determining the sex of the desired newborn, as we were able to reach success rates in determining the sex of the newborn up to 99%, and 84% success rate of sex determination implantation. The process takes place through a set of steps:

  • Stimulating egg production.
  • Retrieval of eggs and sperm.
  • Fertilization of eggs with sperm in a laboratory.
  • Examination of embryos, confirmation of their gender, and selection of the desired sex.
  • Implantation of the fertilized egg with the desired sex in the uterus.

There are a number of matters and points that we are keen to discuss and study with the spouses before making the selection process, including:

  • The number of children in the family and their gender.
  • Wife’s age.
The health status of the wife and the possibility of repeat pregnancy.
  • The extent to which the wife’s body accepts pregnancy with a fetus is not required.
  • Knowing that the process of determining the sex of the new-born by separating the embryos is 100% safe, and does not pose a threat to the fetus, because the examination cell is taken from a fetus that is still in the process of division and therefore does not cause any congenital deformities or collateral damage to the child later.

Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis

This service allows to avoid having children infected or carriers of one of the common genetic diseases, as the problem of genetic diseases is one of the most problems and obstacles that negatively affect the life of the newborn child, and the life of the spouses, noting that many of these diseases may affect the life and existence of the child in the long term. . Our society suffers from a high percentage of children born with genetic diseases, and we always tend to educate spouses, especially those whose family medical history indicates the presence of genetic diseases, of the need to go to examine the fetus in advance and ensure its safety. And using the latest medical technologies, we work in our center to examine a group of the most serious genetic diseases, such as:

  • Thalassemia
  • Down’s syndrome
  • Muscle atrophy, and others.

The service of examining genetic diseases of the fetus is provided in advance before pregnancy, and the stability of the fetus, through a set of steps:

  • Stimulating egg production.
  • Retrieval of eggs and sperm.
  • Fertilization of eggs with sperm in a laboratory.
  • Examination of the embryos in terms of their safety or having a genetic disease, so that the affected one is excluded, and the healthy one is chosen.
  • Cultivation of a healthy embryo in the womb.

In-Vitro Fertilisation

Implantation (in vitro fertilization) is one of the most widespread and best contemporary treatments for the problem of delayed childbearing in both spouses, through which the wife’s egg is generally fertilized with the husband’s sperm in the laboratory and then implanted in the uterus. Transplantation is resorted to when there is one of the causes or indications of infertility in both spouses, such as:

  • A defect in the fallopian tubes.
  • Infection of women with endometriosis.
  • There is a defect in ovulation.
  • Weak or low sperm count.
  • The presence of cysts on the ovary
  • Or the presence of problems in the uterus, and others.

In our centre, we work on diagnosing the causes of infertility, and diagnosing the health and reproductive status of the couple in general, after which we start the treatment journey, which differs from one case to another according to its diagnosis. This operation recorded great global and local success rates, taking into account the factors affecting its success, such as:

  • Woman’s age.
The health status of the spouses.
  • Oocyte stock.
    Sperm health and quality.
  • Life style and nutrition of the wife.

In our centre, the cultivation process goes through a series of steps and stages, as follows:

  • Stimulating egg production.
    Retrieval of eggs and sperm.
  • In vitro fertilization of eggs.
  • Examination of fertilized eggs and ensuring their safety.
  • Implantation of the fertilized egg in the uterus.

Where we work first to carry out the necessary examinations, and to accurately determine the type and nature of the problem that the husband suffers from, which may be one of the following options:

  • Poor semen secretion, and their low number.
  • A defect in the sperm.
  • Lack of sperm and the presence of blockages that prevent their arrival.
  • The presence of problems related to sexual ability and sexual intercourse.

The treatment of any condition depends on its diagnosis and its special requirements, but in general it is possible for us to resort to one of these means or methods in the centre:

  • Surgery: which is the most used in cases of complete blockage of the testicular veins, through which sperm is extracted from the seed, and the treatment of the most difficult cases of infertility, which is the complete lack of sperm.
  • Hormonal therapy and medications: It is more successful in the event of any hormonal disorders or disorders in the performance of sexual functions.
  • Treatment of sexual problems in men: such as problems related to erectile dysfunction, or premature ejaculation.
  • Treatment with assisted reproductive technologies: such as IVF and implantation.

There are many symptoms that indicate the presence of a male infertility problem, such as impotence, pain or swelling in the testicles, or loss of facial or body hair.
